The Slab at Gisburn Forest

As part of a Great Rock mountain bike skills day, we looked at riding steep rocky slopes. Mick had been to Gisburn before but had not ridden The Slab. We worked on looking ahead, commitment, and a relaxed and active body position. Mick is riding a Ragley Blue Pig.

He rode it like he owned it. In my book, you ride it 3 times you own it. Nice.
